1. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days after processing. All shipping times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can check your delivery status online anytime.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping for all orders of **$59 or more**. Orders under $59 have a flat shipping rate of $4.90.

4. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

No. Address changes are not allowed once the package has been shipped. Please double-check your address before checkout. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require the buyer to cover reshipping fees.

5. What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact. Vintage, clearance, and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. My item arrived damaged / defective. What should I do?

Please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will offer a refund or replacement accordingly.

7. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

8. Why is there a slight color difference?

All product colors are displayed based on standard screen calibration. Minor color differences may occur due to different device screens, lighting, and vintage item characteristics. This is normal and not considered a product defect.
