Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day return policy, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.

To qualify for a return, items must be kept in their original received condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@stylishxhouse.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or if you receive incorrect goods. We will assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to submit a return for your current product. Once the return is approved, place a new separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Notwithstanding the above provisions: For goods shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. Similarly, items must remain in their original received condition, unworn and unused, with tags intact and original packaging, together with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time for funds to reflect in your account.
